I do recommend BarcodeLibrary

Here is a small piece of code of how to use it.

        BarcodeLib.Barcode barcode = new BarcodeLib.Barcode()
        {
            IncludeLabel = true,
            Alignment = AlignmentPositions.CENTER,

            Height = 100,
            RotateFlipType = RotateFlipType.RotateNoneFlipNone,
