You can get Bitmap of image when image was loaded using ImageLoadingListener:

imageLoader.displayImage(imageUrl, imageView, [options], new SimpleImageLoadingListener() {
    @Override
    public void onLoadingComplete(Bitmap loadedImage) {
        int width = loadedImage.getWidth();
        int height = loadedImage.getHeight();

    }
});
