I followed the guide on the motodev site http://developer.motorola.com/tools/motodevcoreplugins/ and everything went fine until I had to install Motodev Core Plugin. 问题 I am loading mp3 files to play in an Android game based on AndEngine. When I package my game as an APK, mp3 audio in the assets folder throws the error "can not be opened as a file descriptor; it is probably compressed." However, when I run the game using the run > button in Eclipse (MOTODEV Studio 3.0.2), the app is packaged, deployed to a device and the game has sound. Works perfectly on a device. If I package the app using "Export Android Application", which creates a signed APK ready to

Check, got that, newest version, everything is set with that. Now it says I need the ADT Eclipse plugin. Version 20.0.1, currently mine is v18. I know where to get it, I can easily get it, but I am curious, where should it be installed? Currently I dont have eclipse I am just using MotoDev. But since Motodev asks where the SDK location is, and says my

It's just Eclipse + ADT and some other plugins that we created. I would advise following the direction that @PeterKnego mentioned. Just add the external library

问题 With the announcement of the Motodev core plugins being included in the AOSP tools (http://developer.motorola.com/tools/motodevcoreplugins/), I have been trying unsuccessfully to get them to work properly in Eclipse. I have followed the instructions on downloading and installing everything. However, once the projects for the plugins are completely imported into my new workspace, a few of them show build errors. I have tried cleaning the projects, etc. but they still show build errors. I

问题 I have previous Java programming experience and also Java Training from college, so I am looking to do some Java app development with Android. To that end I downloaded and installed MOTODEV studio from Motorola, which is partly based on Eclipse. However it seemed to only have an SDK for Android 4 by default, I need the Android SDK for Android 2.3, but that is not installed, I have read that the way to install SDK packages is to open the SDK manager and there should be an option to download

They are not supporting MotoDev studio anymore. This has to do with the restructure after the purchase from Google. I am not sure about downloading legacy builds, but Motorola isn't actively developing this anymore (and laid off most of the team that was working on this). You might search for "MOTODEV Core Plugins", as they renamed studio to that - but you probably want to not use these tools anymore, since they are not being
