Font Rendering differently when using MAC vs PC

问题 I have developed a site on my MAC. The footer looks good in IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome but when I look on to a PC it appears that the font is rendering differently and pushing information into the social icons I have placed. I am using Verdana. The site is: foodworkscolorado.org/donate Ideas? 回答1: Fonts are going to render differently on any system you test it on. That is life on the web... as it should be. Websites aren't supposed to look identical... they are supposed to display in a

使用方法: 1.在父组件中引入 "box.vue" //import popUpBox from "./box.vue"; 2.在父组件中注册 popUpBox //components:{popUpBox}, 3.放在父组件中使用 //<popUpBox></popUpBox> 4.调用popUpBox组件 //this.geAlert(0) 注: index.vue为 父组件,后者为子组件,效果图先上,可以先看是否是自己想要的组件,再选择使用 index.vue <template> <div> <popUpBox ref="modal" @on-confirm="confirm"> <div slot="modal__bd"> <div class="modal_form"> <p class="txetTitle">待付款订单</p> </div> <p class="textFelid">您好,查看您有一笔待支付订单,可直接支付,点击下方“确认”可直接支付。</p> </div> </popUpBox> </div> </template> <script> import popUpBox from "./box.vue"; export default { data() { return { }; }, components:{ //注册组件 popUpBox },

Viewport-unit font-size and zooming bug: which browsers are affected?

问题 It seems that desktop IE10 doesn't correctly scale text that has its font size set in viewport units, when the zoom level is not set to 100%. I'm trying to find out which IE versions (and possibly other browsers) are affected by this. Please try this example in your browser and report your findings: <!DOCTYPE HTML> <HTML> <HEAD> <META HTTP-EQUIV="content-type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"> <META NAME="viewport" CONTENT="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> <STYLE TYPE="text/css"

CSS Font Size .5 Increments

问题 In CSS are you allowed to use .5 increments i.e font-size: 8.5pt; Can't see the difference between font-size: 8pt and font-size: 8.5pt 回答1: Point values are really only for print CSS. Quoting Chris C: A point is a unit of measurement used for real-life ink-on-paper typography. 72pts = one inch. One inch = one real-life inch like-on-a-ruler. Not an inch on a screen, which is totally arbitrary based on resolution. Source: http://css-tricks.com/css-font-size/ The W3C Tips page suggest avoiding

Take this Pen... https://codepen.io/njt1982/pen/pZjZNM I have a very basic Bootstrap 4 grid like this: <div class="container mt-4"> <div class="row"> <div class="col border"><div class="tile"><span>A</span></div></div> <div class="col border"><div class="tile"><span>B</span></div></div> ... ... </div> <div class="row"> <div class="col border"><div class="tile"><span>A</span></div></div> <div class="col border"><div class="tile"><span>B</span></div></div> ... ... </div> ... ... </div> And

I'm using Win XP and Python 2.5. Is there a way in Python to modify font size when print to CMD window? Marfisa You can use ctypes to access the necessary windows calls to change the font (including the size of the font) of the console. See my answer to another question for a code example. You should create a desktop link to cmd.exe and set/change the layout properties (e.g. to window size 120*40 or appropriate). Start your program in this console windows (python.exe yourprogram.py). No, you can't change that, as far as I know. Luckly, nobody on windows uses the console anyway, so I advise you
