Build Steps for Makefile Project in Eclipse

问题 I am trying to use Eclipse to build some existing software (written in C), which is built with a Makefile. For this reason I created a 'Makefile project' in Eclipse. However, I just found out, the in the 'C/C++ Build / Settings' menu, I only see the 'Binary Parsers' and 'Error Parsers' tabs. However, I really need the 'Build Steps' tabs, because I also need to add a post-build command. How can I make the 'Build Steps' tab appear in my project? 回答1: You should include those steps in the

g++ not working on Windows command prompt. Cygwin installed

问题 I have installed Eclipse and CDT (to use C/C++ in eclipse CDT is needed), as well as installing Cygwin so that I can compile my files. In environment variables I've set Path to include the following: "C:\cygwin\bin;" g++, make and GDC are all installed via Cygwin. I made sure of this by searching for them in the bin folder - they're all there. If I enter "make" into the windows command prompt, this appears: make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop. If I enter "g++" or "gdc"

How to set up Eclipse + StatET + Rcpp on Windows

问题 When I came to know that I can create a R package with C++ using Rcpp, I was excited about it and eager to know development environment for it. And thanks to Fell Stat Blog, I could quickly establish a great environment using Eclipse with StatET, its plugin for R, to use Rcpp and RInside (another package for embedding R into your C++ application) on Windows. Since the blog was, however, based on OS X, several things required trial & error (& almost give-up) to adjust for Windows - it took me

问题 I am trying to include a version of Eclipse in an installation package, that has been prepopulated with plugins from an update site. I can include all of Eclipse's files into my installer quite easily but when I run Eclipse on the target machine, the list of update sites is lost. E.g. When I run it on my own machine and select Help/Install new software... the "Work with" list contains the recently used update sites. When I run it on the target machine it is empty. I have tested just copying

问题 I am working on Eclipse Neon CDT where I have to enable "Generate Make Files Automatically" at C/C++ Build Settings for my project to compile. But, once I do that the build directory grays out and am unable to find a way to change the default build directory path. How do I solve this issue? Attached is the screenshot showing the same. I need to change the build directory from workspace/Default to workspace/target. Thanks 回答1: I'm not sure why you can't directly edit the "Build directory" when

Eclipse CDT shows errors before project is built

问题 I am having a minor problem with Eclipse CDT Juno. When I open up Eclipse for the first time, it will show many C/C++ Problem errors which put red x's on all of my projects. Many of these errors are "no such file or directory" errors for #include'd header files. However, after I clean and rebuild my projects, all of the errors go away. I have double checked all of my indexer settings, and the index paths are pointing to the right place. I also believe the indexer is setup correctly because

问题 I'm working with a CDT project in Eclipse/Neon.2 which cross compiles for an embedded target. I've added a bunch of .c files to the project and they are automatically included in the build except for (seemingly) one. In the project directory it is STM32F7explore/Utilities/Log/lcd_log.c where STM32F7explore is the Eclipse project directory. If I try to build it manually, the Console window shows: 09:45:52 **** Building Selected Files of configuration Debug for project STM32F7explore **** Info:
