问题 I'm afraid it's not possible, but haven't found anywhere it is said to be impossible either. I'd like to include a set of files within a XML document using wildcards. 问题 I am using DocBook 4.5 and wanted to customize whether or not the table of contents is generated. I was looking over the XSD but couldn't find a way to disable it. I found ways to customize it. 问题 I've been reading the documentation all night and still can't figure it out. How do I get the chunked output to include a ToC on the "front-page" of each chapter (and larger parts)? Background I am trying to split up documentation that was previously in single open office documents into smaller asciidoc documents which are both included in the main open office document and also converted to either or both of html & pdf . 问题 I would like to convert doc/docx documents to semantic HTML. Some wishes/requirements: Semantic HTML such that headers in the document are <h1>, <h2> etc., tables are <table> and so forth. Should preferably be possible to handle headings, lists, tables and images. Graphs and math formulas is a nice extra. • Doesn't have to be converted straight from doc/docx to html, could use an intermediary format, such as xml or docbook. • Should work programatically, and with large number of documents.

But the book contains second page (so called verso ) and page List of Tables . I just have erased the content of verso, but second page remains empty now. I don't now how to remove second empty page.
