How can I send this SOAP request using KSOAP2 in Android

I am very new to SOAP and Android. Can some one please help me to build an SOAP request to send the following request.

i recommend you use the KSOAP2 java library. its very simple and great lib. im using it for a long time. you can build any soap object you want in a simple java code.
