问题 I am trying to learn a bit more about Unit Testing, using out-of-the-box functionality (i believe it is MSTest.exe), and Microsoft Fakes (stubs and Shims). I am using Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate and .Net 4.5 Framework. Given the following code that calls a stored procedure (SQL Server) which returns a single output value (for simplicity): public string GetSomeDatabaseValue() { string someValue = String.Empty; SqlParameter paramater = new SqlParameter(); paramater.ParameterName = "

Ilnumerics Ilpanel not activating when compiled in a winform into a dll when loaded into matlab

问题 I want to compile a winform written in c# in visual-studio 2012 to a dll which I then load into matlab 2013a. Using the matlab .net interface I want to then interact with the winform, listening to its events and passing it data via a set of predefined public methods. I am working on windows 7 Ultimate SP2. This works surprisingly well, I am able to interact with all native winform tools, buttons, trees, panels and even charts. However i want to use ILnumerics and particularly the ILpanel used

问题 I want to modify a data in registry path SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Program\SubProgram using C# code in windows 7. I am able to read the value but I can't write into Registry . Here is the code: RegistryKey SUBKEY; RegistryKey TAWKAY = RegistryKey.OpenRemoteBaseKey(Microsoft.Win32.RegistryHive.LocalMachine, ""); string subkey = "SOFTWARE\\Wow6432Node\\Program\\SubProgram "; if (TAWKAY.OpenSubKey(subkey) != null) // Get values from Registry { TAWKAY = RegistryKey.OpenRemoteBaseKey(Microsoft.Win32

Is it possible to assign a shortcut to “Step Into Specific” in Visual Studio 2012 C++?

问题 I recently discovered the "Step into Specific" option while debugging C++ in Visual Studio (using VS2012) which is really helpful especially if there are many constructors, smart pointers, etc. However, as I'm mostly debugging using the keyboard (F9, F10, F11, Shift-F11) I wonder whether it was possible to add this function to the keyboard repertoire somehow ? Alternatively, as I mostly use the "step into specific" command on functions like void doSomethingInterestingWith(sharedPtrToDb-

Inspecting the returned value of a function on the return line of a method in Visual Studio

问题 I have a line of code like this return foo(barIn); If I place a breakpoint on the line can I inspect the returned value of foo(barIn) without stepping into foo? I can rewrite the code to var result = foo(barIn); return result; but I'd like the convenience of not rewriting and not stepping away from the current code. ========== EDIT ========== The four initial answers are interesting (thanks) but they do not actually answer my question. Let me try to be clearer. In this method public string

问题 I have just started to develop an application in Visual Studio 2013 using MVC5. I am using the default MVC application, I have made no changes. I find that running the application works fine while in debug mode however if I Stop Debugging Shift F5 and change from on page to another or refresh my application in the browser I find that the connection to the localhost server is disconnected. I get a message Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost: I have tested another

问题 I have Visual studio 2012 installed with SSDT version 11.1.20627.0 installed. One of issue keep bugging me is for all my stored procedures in SSDT project, when try to push it to server using schema compare. The SP's SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER was always switched to OFF and I cannot find a way to change this behavior. The target database is my local DB and its default QUOTED_IDENTIFIER was changed to ON(True); In Database project property page, The "SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER" checkbox was checked but

Entity Framework 6.1.1 and Npgsql 2.2.3: Compatible Entity Framework database provider could not be found

问题 I am working on a project using EntityFramework 6.1.1 and npgsql 2.2.3 within Visual Studio 2012 Update 4. To do so I installed npgsl using the supplied setup and installed the nuget packages "Npgsql" and "Npgsql for Entity Framework" (and "EntityFramework" itself, of course). Every thing used to be fine: I could successfully access my database for a while - until at some day everything "blew up". This is the event history: Fixing compiler errors after a major code upgrade I encountered these

VS2012 and VCOMP110.dll

问题 I swtiched a few days ago from VS1010 to VS2012 and the change gave me no trouble at all. Yesterday I took a compiled DLL to another machine and noticed it wouldn't work at all, not even load. Since the DLL runs bug free on the computer that I use to develop I thought it would be an unresolved dependency and I was right. When building with VS2010 v110 toolset there's another additional dependency: VCOMP110.DLL . Is there a way to statically include this DLL at compilation time so I won't have

问题 I have a solution consisting of 4 projects and am happily editing this at work on a Windows 7 machine running VS 2012, storing my code in TFS+Git in the cloud. However, at home after pulling down the solution I cannot get Visual Studio 2012 on my home PC to open the project files. I get the "solution loading..." message and (load failed) on 3 out of the 4 projects. Now the differences are at work I run Windows 7 64-bit, at home Windows 8. At work I run the 64-bit version of VS2012, at home
