问题 I'm trying to find a good way to work on CoffeeScript on Windows and be able to process these files quickly to JavaScript in the IDE. RubyMine - if I just open a .coffee file in RubyMine this seems to work. But I see no button or menu option to convert to JavaScript. Titanium Studio - in this IDE there is a Menu option to do the conversion - but when used it seems to call out to gitbash on my machine. At least that is what shows up in the console in the IDE. So I'd like to get one or both of

RubyMine code autocompletion

问题 I'm about to get used to work with Java in Android Studio. The great thing there is that everything is strongly declared. So when I type MyClass.someme..., the IDE offers me advanced code autocompletion features. The development is rapid and pleasantly. But then I wanted to learn RubyOnRails. I'm in love with JetBrains products and so I've installed RubyMine on my Windows machine. Despite of a bag of problems with Windows enviroment, I was confused with not-so-well working code completion.

Error installing rubyMine, no SDK specified, but it is listed

Getting "Could not install gems:no SDK specified" when trying to run any command such as starting the rails server. Why am I getting this and how can I get around it? I've had issues before with the JDK but not seen this SDK error. I went into settings and an SDK was already listed, but it wasn't until I clicked 'update gems' that everything got installed ok. Then I was able to start and use the application fine. I tried following the advice in the above two answers and it still did not work for me. After making sure my project passed all rSpec I gave up on RubyMine and simply zapped the .idea

Rubymine can't find SDK. Where is it?

若如初见. 提交于 2019-11-30 09:05:42
I have just installed rubymine 5.4.3.2.1 and am trying to start an example project. The problem i am having is that rubymine is asking for a SDK. So where do i point it to? If you are on windows its where ever you installed ruby under the bin folder as diplayed here If you are on a unix base system go to the terminal and enter which ruby and you will point it to the directory listed. Assuming you have ruby installed CrazyCoder You should point it to the where you keep your Ruby Binary File , for example: Windows - d:\dev\Ruby19\bin\ruby.exe Mac Brew - /usr/local/Cellar/ruby/2.0.0-p247/bin/ruby

问题 I am trying to find a way to add Git to the Windows path. Whenever I try to run RakeFiles from either JetBrains' neat IDE, RubyMine or from GitBash itself, I get the error that this title is posted under: No such file or directory - git ls-files According to a fellow developer, I need to add Git to my windows path. I haven't been able to find how to remedy this error for anything BUT Macs. Is there anyone who can help me figure out how to fix this with Windows? 回答1: Right-click "My computer"

Rubymine shortcut to insert <%= %>

Is there a shortcut for inserting a <%= %> in Rubymine? I took a look in keymap and didn't see anything. The default shortcut is Ctrl + Shift + Period on Windows and Cmd + Shift + Period on Mac. It may not work on all the keyboards, in which case you can change it in Settings ( Preferences on Mac) | Keymap : Main Menu , Tools , Erb , Insert <%= %> : You can also use code completion: After accepting this choice you'll get: <%= | %> Another option is to define a live template: Type re , then Tab to expand. Finally, you can define a keyboard shortcut for any text/template using the following

'ActiveRecord::Core::ClassMethods.find' call is deprecated

I'm using RubyMine 2016.1 and when I use the find(id) method of ActiveRecord it shows me this deprecation warning: 'ActiveRecord::Core::ClassMethods.find' call is deprecated, however, in the guide , find with primary key is not deprecated. This seems to be a known bug in Rubymine 2016.1. You can track this bug report if you like and you can safely ignore this deprecation warning. Update: the bug seems to be fixed now in the Rubymine 2016.1.1 security release. The IDE no longer annotates this statement as deprecated. 来源: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/36480425/activerecordcoreclassmethods

LoadError trying to use MySQL with Ruby on Rails in Windows, RubyMine IDE

I am getting the following error when trying to run a simple Ruby on Rails application from RubyMine: C:/Ruby192/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/mysql2-0.2.6-x86-mingw32/lib/mysql2/mysql2.rb:2:in `require': 126: The specified module could not be found. C:/Ruby192/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/mysql2-0.2.6-x86-mingw32/lib/mysql2/1.9/mysql2.so (LoadError) The thing is, that file is actually there. Further, I've run 'bundle install', associated the mysql with the project, and everything else I can find. There is some suggestion on the net that libmysql.dll needs to be in a particular directory - but no
