Do I need call monkey.patch_all() in Django+Gunicorn+GEvent+Boto structure?

问题 My website is using Django+Gunicorn+GEvent. There is a function which I have to use Boto for DynamoDB. Do I need call monkey.patch_all() to make Boto become greenlet? 回答1: If you use the default worker_class configuration, then you don't have the features of gevent. Look the doc here. I think you don't have the advantage of using gevent when you use the default configuration even though you monkey patch all. So you should configure gunicorn to use the GeventWorker which does the monkey.patch

Amazon Europe MWS Python Boto Connection AccessDenied

问题 Recently, I started learning Python. I plan to build a program for our company to manage the orders from all the Amazon Marketplace websites, our own Bigcommerce store and eBay. Now I can use the Boto library to successfully send requests to Amazon US, Amazon Canada, and Amazon Mexico and get all the order information. (Boto is the only library I could find that works perfect with Amazon MWS) But when I use the same method to send requests to Amazon.co.uk, it failed. Here is the sample code I

Django AWS S3 Invalid certificate when using bucket name “.”

问题 I have an issue that is described in this ticket. I can´t do collectstatic uploads with django locally to our static.somesite.com since S3 adds s3.amazon.com to the url and then invalidates their own *.s3.amazon.com certificate. I have set a dns pointer for static.somesite.com that points to the ip of the s3 service. I have the AWS_S3_SECURE_URLS = False set. Not sure how to solve it yet. This is the full error message. I understand completely why it is happening, there has to be a workaround

uWSGI+Flask+boto - thread safety

问题 Say I have a Flask application, served by uWSGI using multiple processes, like: uwsgi --socket 127.0.0.1:3031 --file flaskapp.py --callable app --processes 4 And my Flask app is organized like this: /flaskapp app.py /db __init__.py somefile.py somefile2.py ... And I'm using boto to connect to DynamoDB. The __init__.py file is empty, and each somefilexxx.py file begins something like this: db = boto.connect_dynamodb() table = db.get_table('table') def do_stuff_with_table(): I don't use threads

问题 A screenshot (portrait view) of my IDE and Traceback showing all the code pasted here, may be easier to read if you have a vertical monitor. Context: Trying to save image from a URL to a Django ImageField hosted on EC2 with files on S3 using S3BotoStorage. I'm confused because all of this suggests that Django is still treating it like local storage, while it should S3. 问题 I'm using the boto library in Python to connect to DynamoDB. The following code has been working for me just fine: import boto key = 'abc' secret = '123' con = boto.connect_dynamodb(key,secret) table = con.get_table('Table Name') -- rest of code -- When I try to connect to a specific region, I can connect just fine, but getting the table to work on is throwing an error: import boto from boto.ec2.connection import EC2Connection key = 'abc' secret = '123' regions = EC2Connection(key,secret).get
