WP7 beta testing: not available in my location

I submitted a WP7 app for beta testing, I added some live ids and I got the confirmation email which has the zune://navigate/?appid=xxxx-xxx-xxxx-xxx-xxx link included. One of the live ids was the one I am using on my computer and WP7 phone. When I tried to open that link, Zune tells me: CAN't OPEN, Sorry, the requested item isn't available in your location. When submitting the app for beta testing there was no option to select the countries for availability, and my understanding is that the beta testing supports all countries. FYI, my live id's location is UK, so is my computer's location,

iPhone App: Beta testing on specific device before app goes to App Store

I have registered 2 devices in App program portal. Only I have a Mac & device to download the App for testing. The other user does not have a Mac. But he has an iPhone. Is it possible for the other user to have the App downloaded for testing so we can discuss if we need any modifications before making the App live on App Store for public. Use Ad Hoc distribution . Follow the steps here to package the app for the tester. Publishing Applications for Testing Then the tester should follow the steps here for installation. Apple TestFlight: “this version is no longer available for testing” [closed]

I've been using TestFlight for my internal beta testings, everything was set and it was working for a while. after one of the submitted binaries got rejected from AppStore review, there seems to be a problem. On any new uploaded binaries and turning on the Beta testing switch in iTunes Connect, I get the notification from testflight app that the new version is ready to be downloaded but on the app it says "UNAVAILABLE Expires in 30 days" and when I click on the beta app in TestFlight, on top it says "This version is no longer available for testing" even though the expire date is in a month

Rewarding iOS app beta testers with in app purchase?

问题 My iOS app is going to be free, but with additional functionality enabled via in app purchase. Currently beta testers are doing a great job finding bugs and I want to reward them for their hard work. I think the least I can do is give them a full version of the app so that they don't have to buy the functionality themselves. However, I'm not sure what the best way to do this is. There do not appear to be promo codes for in app purchase so I can't just email out promo codes. I have all the

Test Flight Beta Testing: Xcode 6.3 Beta 4 does not show crashes

I'm focusing on the new Test Flight procedure. I developed an application (that I submitted through Xcode to the iTunes Connect portal) that crashes if a UIButton is tapped. Since, the application is available for Beta Testing to Internal Testers, I would expect to see a crash log within the new Crashes section of Xcode 6.3 Beta 4 (see Crashes Organizer Help ). But nothing. No crashes available. Is there any particular reason for that? Is this related to the type of testers I'm using? I'm understanding that Xcode 6.3 is Beta version. Update Xcode 6.3 has been released and crashes are now

Publish beta version on Android market

问题 I want to publish a beta version of some app of mine on the android market and face the problem that I cannot upload an app with the same package-name twice - not even with a different certificate. But having 2 package-names for release and beta version makes a lot of trouble ( e.g. having to change references to the different location of R every time ) Is there a best-practice /good workaround for that problem? 回答1: Yes call your package com.you.app.beta Fix all the bugs in this app. Then

问题 I have been trying for several weeks now to get the Google Alpha / Beta testing functionality on the Play Store to work with no success. As far as I can tell I have followed the process but clearly something is not working from my side. I hope someone on SO can tell me what I'm doing wrong. I have created both an Apha and Beta testing community. I have added the Beta testing community to the Beta testing section that relates to using Google+ communities to test. My Beta testing community does

Beta testing with internal testers for iOS 8

I'm having trouble with setting up a beta test with internal testers using iTunes Connect and TestFlight. I've added users as internal testers inside iTunes Connect, but how do I distribute the app to them? Inside Xcode I don't find any option for distributing to beta testers. In response to @haupman's issue. It seems that trying to install, when accepting the invite in the gmail app, on an iOS device, won't always work. The workaround was to forward the email to an address that is synched to the iOS mail app and then click on the links from inside. As Fluffhead said, Gmail app won't work,
