I am working on creating ner pipelines for different use-cases.
I am planning to use aws for ner pipelines. I have three questions. 1.) Different Options for creating ner pipelines other than aws. 2.) is there any cost-efficient approach other than aws one to creating ner pipelines. 3.) which is the best approach considering cost and ease of creating pipelines.
ps- I am aware about the aws approach of creating ner pipelines , also I am aware about spacy pre-trained , stanford ner model.
Please provide any github repository / valuable materials if possible.
