How to compare two source trees for differences/changes on win32? [closed]

There are two directories with source trees. What is the best software to reveal changes in them. The should be not only file names but also some file-comparison viewer. It could be better if it is free tool.

I've used windiff for quick checks. it's not incredibly sophisticated, but it does the job.
