Selectively show text in Bokeh plot based on zoom level

早过忘川 提交于 2021-02-08 11:27:29
问题 I am currently using Bokeh to plot some biological sequence data. Part of the plot involves displaying some text (amino acid residues) just above the x-axis, aligned with the numbers on the axis. When the user zooms in, they are then able to inspect the amino acid sequence (represented by single letters) that accompanies the data. However, when zoomed out, these letters merge together, and look quite messy. Is there any way to selectively plot/show glyphs depending on the zoom level? Many

How to use R to plot a pie plot with different radius?

问题 For example, pie(1:3) But the radius is constant. How to make the pie plot which the radius is 1,2,3 respectively? 回答1: Check radial.pie function in plotrix package install.packages("plotrix") library(plotrix) radial.pie(c(1,2,3), labels=c("One", "Two", "Three"), radlab=TRUE) would produce following figure 来源: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33343463/how-to-use-r-to-plot-a-pie-plot-with-different-radius

Set Xticks frequency to dataframe index

问题 I currently have a dataframe that has as an index the years from 1990 to 2014 (25 rows). I want my plot to have the X axis with all the years showing. I'm using add_subplot as I plan to have 4 plots in this figure (all of them with the same X axis). To create the dataframe: import pandas as pd import numpy as np index = np.arange(1990,2015,1) columns = ['Total Population','Urban Population'] pop_plot = pd.DataFrame(index=index, columns=columns) pop_plot = df_.fillna(0) pop_plot['Total

How to add arrows below the original axis in plotly 2D scatter plot

问题 Creating 2D scatter plot by plotly can be done following the example from: https://plot.ly/python/line-and-scatter/ However, is there any easy way to add arrows below the x axis? 回答1: You could use Plotly's annotations without text. import plotly import numpy as np plotly.offline.init_notebook_mode() N = 1000 data = [plotly.graph_objs.Scatter(x=np.random.randn(N), y=np.random.randn(N), mode = 'markers' ) ] xstart = -2 xmax = 3.5 xmin = -3.5 padding = 0.05 ypos = -0.1 layout = plotly.graph

Combine plots in R

问题 I have several plots that I want to combine them together and add a title to the combined plot, but somehow I cannot combine them using R. (using RStudio) Combine two residual plots plotted by using plot(resid(lme)) where lme is a linear mixed model. Combine two interaction plots plotted by using interaction.plot(x1,x2,y) where x1 and x2 are the two independent variables, and y is the dependent variable. I tried to store the plots as variables and use grid.arrange , but they cannot be stored

R multiple y axis interactive plot

问题 I am trying to create a plot in R similar to this: with up to 6 variables and it has to be reactive. I tried plotly, however in plotly I would get axis ticks on the plot, and it gets messy, and I managed to get only one y axis out. Is there a way to recreate the plot in plotly or any other interactive library? My plotly code: library(dplyr) library(plotly) library(tidyr) data <- cbind( seq(from = 1, to = 30, by = 1), sample(seq(from = 100, to = 300, by = 10), size = 30, replace = TRUE),

How to plot the amplitude of audio file with c++?

问题 I'm trying to create a program, using Qt (c++), which can plot the amplitude Signal (plot like audacity but dynamic waveform) when I playback an audio file (.wav, .mp3) using QAudiooutput and QIODevice . What I've done: with QAudioouput I can play the any audio file, with qwtplot I can plot any signal in 2D, in this case, x-axis will be time and y-axis will be the amplitude. Now, my problem is how to get the amplitude for each second (time)? Any help would be appreciated. 回答1: The normal,
