问题 I have downloaded both wurfl api and mobiledetect.net and testing it with my Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-19300). I am very surprised that this smartphone is not detected with none of these script... 问题 Is this possible? I mean, I know you can use display: none; with media queries , but that does not prevent the nodes to be loaded, which is resource intensive. I don't want to hide them, I want to remove them. That's why I used this: function removeit() { if ($(window).width() < 600) { $('html').remove('aside'); } } And put it in the header, but I can't get it to work. What am I doing wrong? PS: I tried using it with document ready function , but still not working on my iPhone . I keep seeing

Site scaling on a mobile device

问题 Im a total newbie as far as mobile devices are concerned. Anyhow, i created a webpage (still under construction) and implemented it on the existing wp theme called govpress (yes, i know it might not be the most practical way to make things happen but with my coding skills it was the easiest). Now i just cant get it working correctly with mobile devices. I havent found the code that makes it behave as it does. So, on a mobile it seems to scale the page to screen width resolution of the device(

问题 I have an existing site which involves ongoing data capture from the site's member base. I want to provide a mobile friendly version of the site which can handle offline form submissions. I also want the mobile site not to be a native app and I would prefer to develop it as a web app which would work across iOS, Android etc - mainly due to not having the necessary development time to develop platform specific versions. But, is this realistic alongside my aim of handling offline form

问题 Ok so what I want isn't quite a slide show. My specific goal would be to have a container that houses a set number of divs and the user can swipe through said divs.If anyone is familiar with Sencha touch, I'm looking for something like the carousel panel. specifically it's going to be a people page that will house a photo of a person and a description. So after doing so research I came across a few options, one being... $(function(){ // This prevents scrolling $('#jqt').bind('touchmove'

Kendo UI Mobile List View example not working with my code

问题 Background: With some help (@korchev) I was able to figure out how to use JSONP to bind data to a template. (see this and this question). However, I wanted to be able to make the data displayed in a kendo UI Mobile List view as mentioned in the Kendo Docs. Unfortunately, the mobile-list view example, uses arrays of data coded in the html which is unlike jsonp. Also, I notice that the official mobile list-view example leaves this out : <script type="text/x-kendo-template" id="template"> . And

I am using jQuery Mobile to fetch the result and display it in a listview, here is the code function queryDB(tx){ tx.executeSql('SELECT * FROM DEMO',[],querySuccess, errorCB); } function querySuccess(tx,result){ $('#contactList').empty(); $.each(result.rows,function(index){ var row = result.rows.item(index); $('#contactList').append('<li><a href="#"><h3

问题 Say I've got two distinct domains: 1) http://sub.test.org 2) http://m.sub.test.org for my website. I want domain n.1 to be associated to the full-version of my website (intended to be mainly visited by desktop user agents) and domain n.2 to be associated to its mobile-version (intended to be mainly visited by mobile user agents).
