全国大学生GIS技能大赛参赛分享 一、竞赛的主要内容: 1、空间数据的采集编辑与集成处理 展示学生对地图数据采集、遥感信息解译的完整业务流程、关键技术及常用GIS软件的了解和掌握程度。 测试学生面对不同比例尺、不同精度、不同结构的多源空间数据，能够应用常用GIS软件进行变换处理，实现满足GIS要求的空间数据库建库能力。 2、空间分析技术的应用与系统设计 测试学生能否灵活应用多种空间分析技术，完成选址分析、工程规划、选址分析、规划分析、地理现象模拟分析、地理信息提取分析及专题图制图等应用。 测试学生针对具体一个应用需求，进行应用系统的功能设计、界面设计及简要功能实现等能力。（以上内容摘自比赛通知） 二、竞赛模式 1、参赛队伍: 比赛要求参赛选手以团队形式参赛，团队成员不得超过4人(限在校本科生)。每个团队必须有1-2 指导老师。 2、竞赛时长: 比赛分两个时段进行，每个时段竞赛时长为 3 个小时。 第一个时段：空间数据的采集编辑与集成处理技能竞赛； 第二个时段：空间分析技术的应用与系统设计能力竞赛。 （下午既有数据处理又有系统开发，且不一定存在 关联性 ） 3、竞赛题目: 现场从竞赛题库中抽取比赛竞赛题目与数据，参赛团队均使用相同参赛题目与数据。 4、采用软件: 数据处理软件：ArcGIS Desktop10.2、SuperMap、Envi5.2 ； 系统开发软件：ArcGIS

问题 I have a database with a table called addresses. I want to add a geometry field. I could do it in pgAdmin, but not sure how it would play with Rails. I think sql would be: ALTER TABLE addresses ADD geom geometry(Point,4326) Then I will want to run UPDATE addresses SET geom = ST_SetSRID(ST_MakePoint(longitude,latitude),4326); Can I do that in Rails or must I do it in pgAdmin (or psql)? 问题 so im making a netlogo project using GIS shape files. i have a big point layer that represent places in a city like restaurants and gas stations. i need my turtles to go in the direction of the points for example: turtle pops at the housing area go to a random restaurant, heads to the nearst gas station and comes back home. i found "foreach (gis:property-value ?)" that runs on the table and made the points scale by color and objectID to ensure it works. so now i can run on the column and the
