Make just one section scrollable, not the entire page

问题 I am working on a project in which one of the sections is filled with elements by requesting data from the database, therefore the number of elements in it is extremely variable. The tricky part is that our design is based on the idea of not having to scroll on the page, but instead scroll on the sections if it is necessary. I thought using overflow on the sections would suffice but it does not give me the intended result. I tried all of the variations of the overflow property, scroll

Is it possible to let webpack bundle CSS without import css in my entry js?

问题 Importing CSS file in js is webpack-specific. If I use gulp+browserify I will need browserify-css . I feel uncomfortable with writing source code that directly depends on having browserify-css or webpack(especially I am not writing React/Vue app, just vanilla js). I find some Q&A related to this, e.g. import CSS and JS files using Webpack and Can I build sass/less/css in webpack without requiring them in my JS? They suggested multiple-entry-points config (if I understand them correctly), i.e.

问题 The title says it all. I want to know, which is the biggest number I can use in CSS inside a calc() arithmetic. Is it the same as the biggest number in JavaScript? When I try this with transform the limit seems to be 1e39 (in Chrome and for transform: translateX() ) div span { display: block; width: 100px; height: 100px; background-color: gold; } div:nth-child(1) span { -webkit-transform: translatex(calc(1e38px * 1e-37)); transform: translatex(calc(1e38px * 1e-37)); } div:nth-child(2) span {

问题 Can someone tell me why the following css is not validating? I've been trying to research this myself with no luck. All of the documentation I've read says this is the proper why to do gradients in css3. #header { color: white; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; background: black; background: -moz-linear-gradient(top, rgba(0,0,0,0.65) 0%, rgba(0,0,0,0) 100%); background: -webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, color-stop(0%,rgba(0,0,0,0.65)), color

问题 On a webpage I have a wide image, which should take up the right 50% of the screen. It appears as I want it to, but it produces an unwanted horizontal scroll bar. I don't want the image to scale down, I want it to remain looking exactly as it does, but to not produce a horizontal scroll bar. How could I do this? HTML: <div class="image"> </div> CSS: .image { position:absolute; left:50%; background-image: url('Images/banneriPhone.png'); width:774px; height:759px; } EDIT: I had some suggestions
