There are plenty of questions on how to alter Windows Shellex but I couldn't find any on how to show the Window Shell inside my Desktop app. Is there any Windows functionality?

I managed to find out that Explorer.exe is calling C:\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll

I could find another guide here.

I have also tried to make a google search restricted to the Microsoft website

I found the Microsoft documentation of it
