I started from the most simple Maven generated project and added a class that should be ofuscated There is no obfuscation after

mvn clean install

I attached an archive with the whole Maven / Intellij project https://drive.google.com/file/d/1D0G5LGsJmhIAP8dEx0WtxXEx5pTe3VNM/view?usp=sharing pom is

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

I have a large project and I implemented the answers found here but Maven is tricky and a super simple project could detect the stuff that obfuscate I created a new minimal project that reproduces the error and attached it here.

It is a Hello World of Maven plus one more class that reproduce the error. The error is "You can not make Maven run plugins for you - he is doing his own stuff and maybe you may be lucky to run the plugins".

So my answer is "can you repair a Hello World project to obfuscate classes with any plugin that obfuscates ?"
