eclipse中*.properties文件查看和编辑

*.properties属性文件，如果文件中包含中文，会转为编码。为了解决这个问题，可以为Eclipse安装Properties Editor插件解决这个问题。

安装方法

1.安装Properties Editor插件

1. Help –> Install New Software

2. 在打开窗口“Work with”输入：http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/ 

   选择PropertiesEditor 组件进行安装即可。如果去掉“Contact all update sites during install to find required software” 可以跳过自检。

   安装完毕后，重启Eclipse。

 4. 文件右击 -> Open With -> PropertiesEditor即可
