We recently had our Play Store account terminated due to a violation of the Repetitive Content Policy.
We did have unpublished duplicates of a few apps (a legacy issue) and we were in the process of working through the issues with Google when the 3rd suspension occurred and our account was subsequently closed.
Google has now stopped engaging with us altogether. We did dispute the termination and they responded saying they are going to uphold it, but since then they won't respond to anything on the communication thread or on any new disputes lodged.
Anyone had a similar issue recently or have another (non-email) channel to reach Google to resolve policy-related issues? Or just a success story when dealing with something like this?
