how to send defaultTaxReg with add customer netsuite soap request?

I am trying to create customer with default tax but not able to do this in single Add customer API. For this i am creating customer, getting customer(For internal id of defaultTaxReg) and then update customer with internal id of tax registration.

Is there any way to create customer with defaultTaxReg in single API?

Please provide request body of customer with defaultTaxReg(if possible).
