1.首先切换源，这里我用阿里云的
sudo vim /etc/apt/sources.list,当然你怕有什么意外先backup一下sources.list;
2.把下面源全部添加到souces.list，然后sudo apt-get update

deb http://mirrors.aliyun.com/ubuntu/ trusty-security main restricted universe multiverse

deb-src http://mirrors.aliyun.com/ubuntu/ trusty-security main restricted universe multiverse
deb-src http://mirrors.aliyun.com/ubuntu/ trusty-updates main restricted universe multiverse

3.添加systemback源并且更新
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nemh/systemback
sudo apt-get-repository ppa:nemh/systemback
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install systemback
4.踩坑指南
a.装系统前ios小于4GB，不要的东西就删除，用systemback记得插入“/”节点，因为linux文件结构是树形的(踩了好多坑)
b.安装系统时用MBR引导还有进BIOS时选择both模式，不对的话就是另一个
