问题
I just installed Visual Studio 2013 (Update 4) and when I right click on the solution under Solution Explorer and select properties I get a window like this (sorry can't post images, not enough reputation):

As you can see there are a few options missing there, like General options, Debugging, Linker etc, which were all present on my old computer when I used VS 2010.
It is set up to C# development environment, if that's relevant. This is a fresh install and I had just created a C# console application project. I already checked Tools -> Options -> Projects and Solutions and "Show advanced build configurations" is already ticked.
This is really frustrating as I'm trying to add some external libraries and can't do any work until this is sorted, please help.
P.S. I also tried re-installing as well as installing VS 2012 and had the same problem, so I guess I'm just doing something wrong, but don't know what :(
