jqGrid grid icons and hover does not work when Raphael is also in the same page

问题

1. It seems jqGrid and Raphael js are conflicting. In my page, i am having Raphael Js shapes and jqGrid. But when my page render both then jqGrid icons like search, add, no of records dropbox etc becomes unclickable(i.e disabled). But when i comment Raphael code then it works fine.
2. How to change jqGrid header/footer, cells/row colors.
