我用的是某宝买的直接插USB的低端摄像头
1、切换软件源
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
deb https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/raspbian/raspbian/ stretch main contrib non-free rpi
deb-src https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/raspbian/raspbian/ stretch main contrib non-free rpi
2、更新
sudo apt-get update
3、安装libav-tools
sudo apt-get install libav-tools
4、安装GStreamer
sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-tools
4、安装 GStreamer 扩展组件
