how to show pdf file in ext.window?

It doesn't work, what is wrong?

var win = new Ext.Window({
    title: 'PDF Content',
    width: 400,

    maximizable: true,
    layout: 'fit',
    plain: true,

    closeAction: 'hide',
    items: [{
