在CUDA和显卡驱动安装的前提下:
最重要的是先升级pip3,否则安装过程会报错。
- 安装相关依赖项
sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-dev libleveldb-dev libsnappy-dev libopencv-dev libhdf5-serial-dev protobuf-compiler
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev
sudo apt-get install libopenblas-dev liblapack-dev libatlas-base-dev
sudo apt-get install libgflags-dev libgoogle-glog-dev liblmdb-dev
sudo apt-get install git cmake build-essential
2.配置caffe
git clone https://github.com/BVLC/caffe.git
cd caffe
sudo cp Makefile.config.example Makefile.config
sudo gedit Makefile.config
USE_CUDNN := 1
USE_OPENCV := 1
OPENCV_VERSION := 3
CUDA_DIR := /usr/local/cuda-8.0
PYTHON_INCLUDE := /usr/include/python3.5m /usr/lib/python3.5/dist-packages/numpy/core/include
将#PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python3 python3.5m修改为:PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python-py35 python3.5m
将#INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include和#LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib修改为:
INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial
LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial
去掉以下这两行,否则编译有warnning:
CUDA_ARCH := -gencode arch=compute_20,code=sm_20
-gencode arch=compute_20,code=sm_21
然后保存退出。
sudo gedit Makefile
将LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf boost_system boost_filesystem m
修改为:
LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf boost_system boost_filesystem m hdf5_serial_hl hdf5_serial
3.编译caffe
make all –j8
make runtest –j8
4.编译pycaffe
cd ~/caffe/python
sudo for req in $(cat requirements.txt); do pip3 install $req; done
cd …
make pycaffe -j8
配置环境变量,以便python调用:
sudo gedit ~/.bashrc
将export PYTHONPATH=/home/caffe/python:$PYTHONPATH添加到文件中
source ~/.bashrc
最后输入如下命令进行测试:
python3
import caffe
若没有错误,则安装成功。
