free video player for RTMP & support ads

问题

I want to stream and play my videos (RTMP) from my custom server.

1. Can anybody let me know any flash player than can play rtmp stream?
2. and I want this player supports video Ads :)

I took a look on JWPLAYER and FlowPlayer but these are paid solutions
