Is there some up to date tutorial on using Eclipse CDT on Windows 7 64 bits? [closed]

I have searched online about how to configure Eclipse CDT with Cygwin on Windows 64 bits.

But I only found some outdated tutorial.

For example on the webpage of Eclipse CDT all the tutorial ask to open some dialogs that do not exist anymore.

Does anybody know some up to date tutorial?

There is a youtube video tutorial here dated Feb 10, 2011 with Eclipse Helios.
