Uploading Image to PHP Server

Here I am trying to upload an image to my server but the image is not showing up in the "Pictures" folder. also i am getting a warning saying "unused variable returnString"

Here is my php script

move_uploaded_file($_FILES["file"]["tmp_name"], getcwd() . "/pictures/" . $new_image_name);

$new_image_name = $_FILES["userfile"]["name"];
move_uploaded_file($_FILES["userfile"]["tmp_name"], getcwd() . "/pictures/" . $new_image_name);

?>

[body appendData:[@"Content-Disposition: form-data; name=\"userfile\"; filename=\"ipodfile.jpg\"\r\n" dataUsingEncoding:NSUTF8StringEncoding]]; as you have used name of file is "userfile" and accessing it in php file with "file" name that's why your file is not uploading on server.
