Playing around with latest HTML5 features feels nice, but it tends to be quite troublesome in the end, as standards and their browser specific implementations continue to evolve. Mozilla has a great resource - MDN Doc Center, where they continuously document all the changes that Gecko undergoes. I wonder if there is anything similar for WebKit, for both Safari and Chrome?

Here are the doc centres for all major browsers:
References - Basically exactly the same as safari link for IE/FF + Opera
Chrome: (thanks to @TomTu)

Firefox:

Opera:
https://www.opera.com/docs/specs/presto23/#html (very very good)
Safari:

IE:

Apple's Safari CSS Reference should qualify for this. There's also the Safari Dev Center for broader topics like developing extensions and websites for (Mobile) Safari.

QuirksMode.org has a wide range of compatibility tables for various browser features. They also have HTML5 compatibility tables that indicate browser support for HTML5 features for multiple versions of IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, and Konqueror. Additionally, there are some good tidbits of information about browser-specific issues and implementations.

MDC is a wiki which means you can edit and add documentation for other browsers too :)
