I have set up an in-house campaign under the Admob platform. This campaign is live for almost 3 days, but I get no impressions.
The ad in question is a banner. I have set up the mediation eCMP lower than the ad but still is not showing. Any help will be appreciated.

I have found the solution, you need to update your billing information from AdWords in order to serve in-house ads.

Another common problem, if random AdMob ads are showing instead of Direct Sold/In-House ones, it may be because the version of you app with AdMob does not have enough traffic yet. Direct Sold campaigns rely on forecasting which AdMob cannot do when traffic is very low.

The answer marked as correct does not work for me. In my opinion Google's Ad Platform just doesn't work. I have had House Ads enabled to deliver House Ads for 100% of ad requests for months now. I did this in an attempt to "Grow my Business with Google". Bull.
My billing information is up to date, but still Google's Ad platform doesn't work. Google's documentation stinks, their support is non-existent, and their crappy help forum is misleading at best and in many ways just plain ole dishonest.
Good luck trying to find a solution to a lack of impressions and no House Ads being delivered. I for one don't believe that the platform works, and from what I can tell, Google doesn't care.
Although I have three apps available on Google Play (1 paid, and 2 free w/ Ads), I'm done creating any more content for Google. Google just isn't a good partner for the independent developer.
