Is it possible to tell if it is aqua or carbon (I am running Mac OS X 10.5)? 回答1: My eclipse has a file .eclipseproduct in its' main folder which contains: name=Eclipse Platform id=org.eclipse.platform version=3.4.0 Perhaps that might help? Edit: Couldn't find any useful command-line switch for that task. 回答2: In case anyone has installed one of the 'bundled' versions of Eclipse (e.g. bundled with EE development

How to tell to a 'configure' file to compile with a specified version of g++ ? Thanks. In a bash shell you can do something like this: CC=gcc-2.95 ./configure There will be similar techniques for other shells but I couldn't help you with the specifics. If your project is C++ the variable you need to define is CXX. 来源: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2621019/configure-with-a-specified-version-of-g

Make `npm install --save` add a strict version to package.json

问题 When you run npm install --save somepackage , it usually adds something like this into package.json: "dependencies": { "somepackage": "^2.1.0" } Because the version is prepended with a caret(^), this means that if you later run npm install , it might install version 2.3.0 instead. This can be undesirable for fairly obvious reasons. npm shrinkwrap is useful, but doesn't really solve the problem. So, I have several questions: When installing a package, is it possible to specify that you want it

How do we determine whether we are using Web API 1 or Web API 2?

Introduce the problem I would like to know whether we are using Web API 1 or 2. My own packages.config indicates version 5.0.0. Is that Web API 1 or 2? Search, and research I have tried Googling the following: "web api 1" "web api 2" and ASP.NET Web API release history and ASP.NET Web API nuget The best references seem to be these two nuget pages: ASP.NET Web API Nuget seems to indicate that anything 4.* is Web API 1, Microsoft ASP.NET Web API 2.1 Nuget that anything 5.* is Web API 2. Is that right? How would I know for sure? I think what you found seems correct. I had the same question then I

问题 I'm thinking to install hylafax+ version 5.5.4 which was release last month on my Debian PC. I checked dpkg -l | grep "hylafax" and found out that the current version is 5.5.3. Then I checked apt-cache search hylafax and saw the packages are available, but I can't see any version number. How can I find the version of packages available in the apt-get ? 回答1: OK, I found it. apt policy <package name> will show the version details. It also shows which version is currently installed and which

Using git as a centralized version server

I currently use svn at work. Our setup is: everyone has a working copy and we commit to a svn server served by apache2. So I commit changed, the other update, and everyone can work on the copy as they wish. So it's pretty easy to deploy. But now, I'd like to do the same thing but with Git. Would it be possible? I'd like to have a git repo on my main server, develop at home, commit changes to the server, etc. Thanks for your help Egon Yes it's possible. On the server where your stuff is located: git init git add . On your local computer: git clone git://yourserver/repo localfolder To get

问题 What is the difference between versions of Eclipse (Europa, Helios, Galileo)? Which is the best for desktop application? 回答1: The Eclipse (software) page on Wikipedia summarizes it pretty well: Releases Since 2006, the Eclipse Foundation has coordinated an annual Simultaneous Release. Each release includes the Eclipse Platform as well as a number of other Eclipse projects. Until the Galileo release, releases were named after the moons of the solar system. So far, each Simultaneous Release has

Fixed Assembly Version with Auto Incremented File Version?

I'm trying to find a more meaningful way to handle versioning for my app and I came acrossed this KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/556041 Basically it's recommending that the Assembly version be fixed, and the File Version be imcremented for each build. Now this makes perfect sense to me but for the life of me I can't seem to implement it. The below snippet auto increments both Assembly version and FileVersion. [assembly: AssemblyVersion("1.0.*")] While this next one seems to set a fixed Assembly version of 1.0.0.0 and a fixed File Version of 1.0.* . [assembly: AssemblyVersion("1.0")
