问题 I would like to ask you whether (and how) it's possible to use Eclipse Marketplace in Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio 10.3.0.GA. I was trying to install EMPC from [1], but the version looked a bit old and didn't work afterwards. Basically I would like to install [2] to Devstudio. How can I do that? I was trying this drag and drop, but it didn't work for me. Thank you [1] http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/neon [2] https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/angular-ide 回答1: You can install an entry

问题 If I download Eclipse 3.7.2 I get the markeplace functionality with some predefined public marketplaces; Eclipse.org marketplace, Yoxos marketplace, Obeo marketplace and Testing solutions marketplace. If I want to remove one or more of these, or add a link to my own marketplace, how would I do that? Edit: Found out how to add my own marketplace: http://wiki.eclipse.org/EPP/MPC/Developer_Guide 回答1: Ok, this is what I've figured out so far. The markeplace client has an extensionpoint, org

问题 I installed RAD 7.5 and found out that IBM is not as good as I thought of it. RAD thing has it's own "install manager" which doesn't seem to resolve any dependencies. Does anyone know how to enable standart eclipse's software installer and/or Eclipse Marketplace? 回答1: You should be able to enable "classic install" in the preferences and then use the traditional installer to bring in 3rd party features. Even so, you'll still need to use IBM's installation manager to apply fixes, upgrades and

问题 I'm using the Eclipse Marketplace client in my RCP application. I'm also running a marketplace server to provide my users with the ability to select from multiple installable units that my company is providing. When the user browses the Eclipse Marketplace in my RCP application, he/she sees many other marketplace servers in addition to my custom one such as the Eclipse Marketplace, Yoxos Marketplace, Obeo Marketplace, and a Testing Solutions Marketplace by BREDEX GmbH. Eclipse Marketplace hangs (Luna, Java8)

问题 My newly installed Eclipse Luna hangs when I launch Marketplace. I tried to move my workspace out of the way, clean everything, re-install and start fresh. It would still hang and has to be killed -9. I saved the stack trace (as well as versions of the OS, Java, and Eclipse) at https://gist.github.com/c51821cbd4e676cd7c9f The funny part is, things go just fine if I switch back Java1.7.0_25. I'd like to use Java8 though. Is that a known problem and are there ways around it? 回答1: I would try to
