In my web application, I am able to store the Arabic language into my database (MYSQL) and then retrieve from that database using a jdbc template (spring framework), but i could not display the Arabic word into my webpage, which means java server page. I want to insert arabic content from asp.net page to mysql5.5,I am using mysqlconnector5.2.7 to connect with local mysqlserver.when i tried to insert arabic from asp.net program,null values are inserted into the database,despite of it when i tried to insert from command prompt,all words are showing like ???,I searched more on google,but i could not found any solution.Please see my code below.I altered the database,table and the column of arabic to utf8 using the alter query on command prompt,but still i cannot find any solution,how to display this arabic on datagridview myconnection.Open();

I have been trying to use custom arabic font file "ttf" in my jQuery mobile 1.4.0 & Phonegap app for android but it didnt work on android version 4.x , the default arabic font displays in the emulator and in the actual device not my custom font . How can I use custom arabic font in jQuery mobile 1.4.0 and phonegap for android v4.x and makes it work ? We are working on a multilingual Android app, targeting both English & Arabic. An issue being faced is in the Login & Registration screens, where we want the username and password fields to be entered only in English text & thus display the English keyboard, irrespective of the device locale language Have tried setting the inputtype="email" in edittext but, this didn't work as desired. Ok, I need a MySQL Function that will convert a Roman Numeral String: e.g. XXCVI Into its Arabic numbering equivalent. Its a long story as to why I need it, I just do. Based on a PHP function that someone posted, I created the following MySQL Function, but it seems to be running endlessly and I'm not sure why. I have an array of Arabic strings, and I want to add them to my tables in MySQL. I can display the strings using the php print normally, however, when I add this string to the table using PDO, in phpMyAdmin, I see the record of this string as a bunch of question marks (?) and other characters. I looked around for what is happening, and one of the things I saw was to change the collation to cp1256_general_ci however this keeps the same things, a bunch of question marks (?) and other characters. I was using MAMP on mac, but because I read that cp1256 is windows, I am using XAMPP on windows now.
