Application Loader, new weird warning about Signiant Transfer Engine

问题 Application Loader shown me a weird warning message instead of the check-in-big-green-circle before the "Thank you" dialog. "Creating a new Signiant Transfer Engine because the previous transfer had to be canceled. This session is at risk of running out of available system resources." I used Application Loader 2.5.2 on OS X Lion 10.7.3. In the Activity window, all seemed good and the binary itself has been uploaded to the iTunes Connect, the app status goes Waiting For Review. Has anyone

I have been trying to upload a new version for my ios App But I always end up receiving this error "UNABLE TO VALIDATE YOUR APPLICATION, "The application you have selected does not exist" From Xcode Archiver. I followed this question here Xcode 6.4 The Application You Have Selected Does Not Exist Which suggests to use Application Loader, After doing that I ended up getting bunch of errors such as these ERROR ITMS-90049: "This bundle is invalid. The bundle identifier contains disallowed characters. [See the section of the Application Programming Guide entitled The Application Bundle.]" ERROR

iOS app build not showing up in iTunes Connect

问题 I know there are a lot of questions about this already, but I am fairly certain my question has not been answered yet. I uploaded a build of my iOS app via Application Loader, and that went well. I got to the end with a message of "Done", so I thought it was okay. Then I went to check in iTunes Connect and I cannot see a build ( not even under "Activity" ). I waited for an hour and I retried uploading the build. In Application Loader I now get the error "Redundant Binary Upload", so that

Submitting Ad-hoc app to Appstore / iTunesConnect

问题 I know how to sign an app with Appstore mobile provision, and how to re-sign an Adhoc-signed IPA with Appstore mobile provision. This is not my question. My question is, can you submit Adhoc-signed IPA to Appstore / iTunesConnect, and have it pass Apple verification and eventually be distributed through Appstore. Why? So that I don't have to store a redundant Appstore-signed IPA along every Adhoc-signed release candidate IPA, and don't have to do the extra step of re-signing that requires a

ERROR ITMS-9000: “Missing Code Signing Entitlements. No entitlements found in bundle” - How to change app ID name

问题 I recently re-signed my app with another certificate (I do not have the source code, so I had to do this to upload it to the App Store). When I tried to upload it, I got: ERROR ITMS-9000: "Missing Code Signing Entitlements. No entitlements found in bundle 'xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxxx' for executable 'Payload/xxxxxxx.app/Xxxxxxxx'."" at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)". I read in other posts that my bundle ID has to match my new App ID, from the new certificate I just signed.

Note: I'm developing using Xamarin. Similar question posted in Xamarin Forum here I'm creating an app called, say CompanyApp . Then I created an App ID for it com.Company.CompanyApp , along with Distribution Provisioning Profile that uses the corresponding App ID. I uploaded the binary and it worked perfectly fine. Then I went on create a demo version of the app (basically the same app with small modification, so it's the same solution & project, just different bundle signing setting), CompanyAppDemo with a new App ID com.Company.CompanyAppDemo , along with a new Distribution Provisioning

Application Loader stuck at “Authenticating with the iTunes store” when uploading an iOS app

We have been trying to submit an app to the iTunes store using Application Loader for three days and keep getting stuck at the "Authenticating with the iTunes store" step. We have read many forums (including stackoverflow) and tried what was suggested: making a new provisioning profile using different or multiple versions of Application Loader changing proxy settings rebooting the Mac uploading at a different time of the day, etc. We have even left it running overnight and have not had success with getting past this step. Unfortunately, no feedback is given about what the issue may be, and we

itunesconnect using application loader behind a firewall

I was trying to upload the app store build zip file of my app to app store. When using behind my office firewall, the TCP/IP connection failed. I need to know what exact port should be open to upload iPhone application by using application loader. So that the port can be opened. Or any other configurations, if you know. Go to Preferences, Advanced, select DAV only. This will use port 443 (aka HTTPS) for uploading. There is no way the company will open those ports for me ;p I had the same problem. The Application Loader Guide shows the range of IP addresses and ports that need opening. After

The app references non-public selector in id (Facebook SDK iOS)

I was having this warning when submitting my app with Application Loader. The app references non-public selector in MyApp : id This warning can potentially reject my app from Apple AppStore's validation. My app is using Facebook SDK iOS 3.1.1 (also tried with 3.1) Kalzem This problem happens because of the Facebook SDK for iOS. Application Loader forbids the use of the variable "id" from any FBGraphUser related class (maybe others variables too, didn't test) - e.g. : id<FBGraphUser> friend id<FBGraphUserExtraFields>user Facebook is informed about this problem as of january 2013 : Bug Report
