TLS CallBack array is not populated with TLS CallBack when using CMake

Question

I\'ve written a simple DLL that uses a TLS CallBack and it compiles fine when using Visual Studio.

I\'m now trying to use CMake (so I can build the DLL in my CI pipeline)
