PHP SQL Query with WHERE ORDER and LIMIT doesn't work

Question

i want to LIMIT, ORDER and select datas with WHERE in an mysql Database by using PHP, but my Code doesn\'t work. I have test it without the WHERE conditions, than it works. In t
