INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES Error with automatic changes to AndroidManifest.xml

I have added two Activitys to my App, so automatically my AndroidManifest.xml was changed now every time I try to debug / run my app on an AVM I get this error:
