Fail to create virtualenv due to ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'virtualenv.seed.via_app_data'

I\'m using zipapp release of virtualenv with the version -20.0.31

I keep getting the following error when I try to create a virtualenv on ubuntu. But the same piece of co
