Dot Product With One Dictionary Python

Question

I need to calculate the dot product of two keys in a dictionary.

res = {\'Ben\':[\'5\', \'0\', \'0\', \'0\', \'1\', \'4\', \'2\'...], 
\'Moose\': [\'5\', \'5\', \
