What are “Context” for “Run Tests in Context” and “Debug Test in Context” and “Run .NET Core Test in context” in Visual Studio Code?

For license reason, I have to use Visual Studio Code to Debug my tests, which are working well in Visual Studio 2019. But in VS code, I am really confused by the 3 menu item
