PrimeFaces Overlay Panel with conditionally rendered CommandButton causes JS error

I have a form which includes a CommandButton and an overlay panel for it. Since migration to Primefaces 8.0.1 from PrimeFaces 7.0.7 i get this error below. Error only happen
