ANDROID: How to convert a TextDrawable (com.amulyakhare.textdrawable.TextDrawable) to byte[]

Question

So basically i need to convert my TextDrawable icon to byte[].Then store it in Sqlite as BLOB but i get the following errors:

java.lang.ClassCastException: com.amulya
