Is there any easy way to find out unwanted data from dataset which needs to be cleaned instead of manually checking data from each table in SSIS?

I also watched videos on data profiling in SSIS but it only gives me information of candidate keys, min, max, functional dependencies etc. Secondly, can you please guide me
