Twiiter api issues - Non-200 response code during CRC GET request (i.e. 404, 500, etc)

Question

I am getting this error - "Non-200 response code during CRC GET request (i.e. 404, 500, etc)." while trying to create webhook via twitter activity dashboard. I hav
