smooth scrolling to a div container after clicking an anchor link in the navbar (centering the div container in the middle of the viewport/screen)

Excuse the long and maybe confusing title.

What I am trying to achieve is that when I click a link in my navbar-dropdownmenu the (new loading) page will automatically
