How can you set the ROT-X Cypher “Array” from the whole ascii table to a specified length in c#?

So I want to create the rot-x cypher on a string with an int x between 1 and 36 and I only want to rotate the characters in this specific array : ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ0
