Debugging on iOS 14.1 using Xcode 11.3.1 with iOS 14.1 DeviceSupport folder installed not working

I am getting an error when trying to debug iOS 14.1 iPhone using Xcode 11.3.1. It installs the app fine but doesn\'t debug. I get this error. Anybody able got this and able
